Car Rental Policy

A rental day is calculated as a 24-hour period beginning at the time the vehicle is picked up. Any time beyond a full 24-hour block — even by one minute — counts as an additional rental day.

• A 30% deposit of the total invoice is required to reserve and hold a vehicle. The reservation is not confirmed until this deposit is received.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by the pickup date.
• If payment is not completed by the pickup date, the reservation may be cancelled and the vehicle released.

A J$6,000.00 security deposit will be added to your invoice. This deposit serves as a guarantee for any additional costs that may arise during the rental period, including but not limited to:

• Fuel replenishment
• Car cleaning
• Minor incidentals or policy violations

• 100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup or for no-shows.

• The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel.
• To avoid refueling charges, the vehicle must be returned with a full tank.
• If the tank is not full upon return, the cost of fuel plus a service fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Vehicles must be returned washed and vacuumed.
• A cleaning fee of J$2,000 will be applied if the vehicle is returned in an unclean condition.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A fine of J$10,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. This fee covers odour removal, deep cleaning, and sanitization.

To ensure safety and compliance, all renters and authorized drivers must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum age: 24 years
• Driver's licence: Must be valid and held for at least 3 years
• Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle

The renter is responsible for the full liability of the vehicle in the event of:

• Loss or theft
• Damage or accidents
• Misuse or negligence

Any costs associated with such incidents will be charged to the renter.

• The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
• To extend the rental, the renter must return the vehicle at the end of the current rental period to be issued a new rental agreement.
• Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and updated rates.

• The renter must comply with all Jamaican road laws and regulations.
• Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
• The company reserves the right to refuse rental service to any individual who does not meet the required criteria or violates policy terms.
